Led by Executive Director Judith S. Parnes, the Elder Life Management team is comprised of experienced professionals who truly care about the well-being of our clients. With services ranging from geriatric care management, to assistance with completing a complex Medicaid application, to psychotherapy counseling, our staff work diligently to ensure we not only meet, but exceed client expectations. Many times our clients tell us “why didn’t someone tell me about you sooner.”

Leading Elder Life Home Care, Director of Nursing Jennifer Gerace’s team is also expertly staffed with skilled and compassionate caregivers, including hourly home health aides, live-in aides, nurses and therapists. This team of professionals works under the guidance of physicians’ orders, delivering services in accordance with established policies and procedures of the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care, Personal Care and In Home Skilled Nursing.
